Terry Walker

I am a researcher at the English Department, Uppsala University. Together with Professor Merja Kytö and Dr Peter Grund, I am working on a research project entitled English Witness Depositions 1560-1760: An Electronic Text Edition which is funded by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet). My research interests include historical linguistics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics and corpus linguistics. I am also a Senior Lecturer in English at Mid Sweden University. Previously I was research assistant on the project A Corpus of English Dialogues 1560–1760. I am currently vice-chairperson of The Uppsala University English Society.
